As Built Drawings-

Conditions of the structure will be documented through field visits. Plan, section and elevation drawings will be completed. 

Schematic design- 

The architectural team will complete the design documents. Structural and other design engineer’s will be added to the team if required. Schematic Design includes:

• Site investigation of building condition 

• Meetings with the owner to determine goals and project requirements

• Window survey to determine condition of existing windows

• Review of exterior envelope

• Code review

• Code compliance negotiations, if required

• Design alternatives for review

• Schematic design drawings
