PIZZA KARMA
Pizza Karma is a new concept in fast, casual dining. Naan dough is hand formed and cooked in a Tandoor oven. The pizza is then topped with toppings that draw on a variety of global cuisines. The tandoor ovens and pizza preperation are on display through a glass wall. Bright colors and signature chalk art mural provide a lively environment for enjoying Pizza Karma’s unique menu.
ATELIER ACADEMY OF BEAUTY
The Atelier Academy of Beauty is an example of adaptive reuse. The former automobile service garage was converted to a salon and school. Overhead door openings are equipped with glass doors that can be opened in bad weather. The open floor plan utilizes the garage space for salon services and teaching.
VICKSBURG SQUARE
Vicksburg Suare is a modern, flexible, office/ retail space. Suitable for a variety of tenants, the open plan interior can easily be adapted for specific uses.
A variety of exterior finish materials were used to differentiate the building from older commercial developments. Large store front windows face both the rear parking and major street views.
